You Thought You Had

Traveling, a six-figure salary, and first class upgrades. Although you worked a lot, you didn’t mind because you had a bonus, a company car, and a corporate card.  But then you had a kid! (or kids). Even though you adore that angel face, it sure would be nice to reconnect with the person you are under all the chaos.

Your clothes don't fit like they used to, you constantly grab take-out for family dinners, you worry about your health, your husband's, your kids', you keep saying "I'm going to do better", but all you want at the end of a long day is wine and French fries...

Okay...so that might be a little to closer to my story, but I know there are a few things in there you could probably relate to...

THE JOB OF YOUR DREAMS

I help busy women stop sacrificing their health for other people's priorities and instead focus on their health and the health of their families.  I teach women how to stop focusing so much on food and understand all the aspects of our life that can actually impact our health.

We work together in my online group coaching community or in private coaching to put an end to the idea that the work you do at home and on the job is never enough.  I go way beyond the food you eat to get to the root of why you can't lose the weight, find time for yourself, or be the woman you know you're called to be.  We use a variety of tools including food, supplements, movement, and a planner to create a lifestyle that you can sustain even in the middle of all the chaos.  It is my goal that through working together, you’ll be healthier and happier and appreciate the growth that happens in the midst of life’s imperfections.

Morning devotion, cuddles with my son + husband, journaling, reading a good book, writing in my planner, taking my supplements, and cooking for my family.

Guesting on podcasts, on coaching calls with my perfectly imperfect clients, encouraging other women to know they are made for more, and chauffeuring my child.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Shrinking my voice to make other people more comfortable or pretending to be something I'm not.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Straight talk, morning coffee, short emails, data, and cutting out the 'meh' to make room for the very best.

I BELIEVE IN:

To change my life, I had to first acknowledge that I wasn’t in alignment with what I truly wanted.

I had the fancy corporate title, the company car, the corporate card, an annual bonus, and a large six-figure salary.  This must be what a successful career feels like, I thought…

At least that was the case up until May 2013 when I realized I was a stressed-out workaholic barely enjoying my corporate job and frequent flier status.

That month, my first pregnancy ended in the loss of twin girls who were born early only to pass away shortly thereafter. We were devastated. I questioned everything, even my entire career.  And even though this traumatic experience showed me I wanted more for my life, I went back to work shortly after, determined to continue performing at a high level. Oddly enough, I had my best year at work by ”proving” to my employer I could handle it all, sacrificing what I really needed in the process.

When I finally brought home my first child after my third pregnancy, I realized the paycheck and the platinum status were not nearly as important as I once thought. I was no longer willing to sacrifice my health and my time with my family. Instantly, I had a bigger calling: I wanted to see every moment of my son’s life.

BUT FIRST, HERE’S MY STORY...

I pursued my passions, started sharing my love for food and supplementation with women all over the world.  I embraced my love for movement by walking daily and making time for weight training with a personal trainer. Through my own exploration and in working with other busy working moms, I dove deep into the reasons why women struggle with perceived pressures at work and how that affects our health and overall vision we have for our lives. I realized how limiting my thoughts were focused on working for someone else instead of building a legacy for my family.  As a result, I decided to grow a team helping other busy working moms reprioritize their lives, stop neglecting their health, find true happiness, and build a financial legacy they can be proud of.  I'm helping women achieve better living by realizing they are made for more....

I began to see that I was settling, no longer thriving or creating a life I loved. I knew I needed to start with my health and focus on my happiness.

Perhaps you'd like to join me and our community?

real talk:

At some point, you have to make a decision. At some point, you have to stop settling.

You were made for more than just working a job you don't love to only go home feeling exhausted and as if life is passing you by.  You're made for more than just dreaming about what life could look like if it wasn't for "insert excuse here"...

I won’t lie, the journey hasn't been easy.  It has been filled with many learning experiences, and a few excuses of my own, but that doesn’t have to be the case for you. Let me be your guide.  Let me help you get there faster than it took me. You were likely taught the same traditional ways of working I was and that getting to that six figure salary was the goal.  I'm here to tell you that you are made for more.  And I have a hunch you want more. I have a hunch you are settling for less than you are capable and I want to help.

I created my coaching company to empower women to create exactly what they desire despite the apparent chaos in our lives. Our experiences may not be quite the same, but we are stronger as women when we conquer them together.

Will you join me?

Let’s be healthy and happy together!
